We have been owners and users of EZ up tent since 2008. Our pink and brown custom tent has become our signature trade mark of my 14yr daughter’s charity Cupcakes for Cancer-she raises money for Make@Wish and cancer kids. She is survivor herself! When she hosts different cupcake bake sales around our little town up goes our little tent and by the time she has decorated the table and set out cupcakes the tent has the feel of a minature cupcake shop! So, as you can see, we LOVE out EZ up tent! It is stored at our 4 diamond family hotel in a large carpeted walk-in closet. Sometimes we lie it on its side sometimes we leave it standing up right-always in its cover. I personally always see that it is put away gently and always two carrying it whether to set-up or take down. My daughter is an expert tent putter upper! Only takes her and one other person-her dad, me or a friend. Events are inside and out side but tent has never been in rain or even bad weather. We live in Solvang, which is 1 hour north and inland from Santa Barbara ca. Our climate is like Camelot! Our tent has never been up longer than 4 hrs. We pop up tent 3 times a month -average once every other week. I have always felt like the frame is very flimsy compared to the nice heavy fabric that makes up the tent.
I can’t express enough the great experience we had working with you and your staff and the especially the overwhelming response we have had from our patrons regarding the tents.
I experienced the best customer service from both Emily and Danielle today with a shade I am purchasing for my husband’s birthday. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to keep me informed and updated on issues regarding my request. They were extremely pleasant and kind and I truly felt that they wanted me to be happy with my purchase, which I wholeheartedly am. My husband and I spend our whole summer at car shows and cruise nights all around the Utah area.
