Tent Warranty Service

Orders placed with custom and standard tent products are welcome to request tent warranty and parts service directly through us. We will act as the liaison with E-Z Up so that you don’t have to work your way through the warranty process. Your tent frame and accessories warranty period begins in the month that you receive your order. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects in addition to general wear-and-tear.

For custom orders and standard products, you may contact your representative directly. If you can’t remember who you worked with or ordered online, no problem! Send us an email at info@buyshade.com and we’ll be happy to track down your order. Having the following information will help us move tent warranty requests along more quickly:

  • Original invoice number
  • Model of tent
  • Photos of any damaged or broken components

The invoice or name that the order was placed under is very important. We will need it in order to confirm the warranty period on the product. We’ll supply a parts diagram to confirm the correct replacements, but photos are super helpful to ensure the correct part is provided to you. Let us know if you have questions — we’ve seen it all!

I didn’t order with BuyShade. Where do I get E-Z Up tent parts?

Replacement tent tops, tent frames, and roller bags are available in our standard retail shop. We carry replacement tent tops and frames for commercial and professional grade tents only. You can find those items here.

Individual E-Z Up tent parts that are not under warranty or not for a returning BuyShade customer can be purchased from the manufacturer directly. E-Z Up has provided a fantastic guide to finding the correct part for your E-Z Up tent, and they will be your resource for tents purchased with other dealers.
