Orders placed with custom and standard tent products are welcome to request tent warranty and parts service directly through us. We will act as the liaison with E-Z Up so that you don’t have to work your way through the warranty process. Your tent frame and accessories warranty period begins in the month that you receive your order. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects in addition to general wear-and-tear.
