BuyShade Return Policy

At BuyShade.com we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return like-new merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Simply complete these easy steps prior to shipping the item(s) back for credit or exchange.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Call our Customer Service Department at 866.289.3987 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number is very important; it is how we track your return/exchange and any credits related to your order. Packages received without an RMA number cannot be identified and will not be refunded.
  2. Ship the package(s) at your nearest shipping center. If you cannot move or transport your package(s), we can also email you a shipping label and send FedEx for a pickup at your address. The cost for return shipping will be deducted from your return. Due to quality control, all returns must be mailed to our office address:

  1. We will send you an email that confirms your return/exchange and provides you with a record of your request. When we receive the item you have returned in the original box, in like-new condition, we will get your replacement item shipped or credit issued as quickly as possible.

Special Note from Team BuyShade:

We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us and returning your product(s) if necessary. When you talk or email with us about your return, please tell us why you want to return it and let us know why about the condition of the products—especially whether you have used them and how often, whether there is any damage, etc. If you are honest with us, we can be honest with you about an appropriate alternative and whether we need to deduct a restocking fee from your return. Whenever possible, we will waive restocking fees; less than 5% of returns in 2017 included a restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE:  Items which are custom produced for your order cannot be returned. These items include but are not limited to items in premium colors, and also items with custom imprinting. As a result, we ask that you contact your custom design specialist if there are any issues.
