Shipping
All products at BuyShade.com are shipped as quickly as possible. Most in stock, credit approved orders received before 2:00 pm PST ship same day. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales representative. Rush is available for custom color orders as well as custom graphic orders. Please call a Service/Sale Representative for availability. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number. This will allow you to track your package all the way to your front door.

30 Day total satisfaction policy. In the event that your order does not meet your needs, we will gladly give you a full refund (minus shipping and handling costs). Please receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning your package(s). *All sales are final for custom orders, such as custom tops, and custom graphics.

Return
BuyShade.com goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, BuyShade.com has a simple return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns cannot be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from BuyShade.com. We use the RA number to identify the return. Once we get the product back in our hands, we use the number to expedite the return process. To receive an RA number simply call our Customer Service Department at 866.289.3987 and a representative will issue you an RA number if your return is approved. Please ship your returned product back to us in its original packaging so that it is not damaged in transit to us. It is very important that you write the RA number on the outside of the box legibly and obviously. Packages that don't have an RA number on the outside of the box will be rejected. The RA number is very important. It is how we track the return and any credits related to your order. INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP, INC. manufacturer of the E-Z UP® Instant Shelter® warrants to the original retail purchaser who has properly completed and returned the enclosed warranty registration card- each part of the E-Z UP® Instant Shelter® to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year after the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP, INC.'s obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of the product or its parts, after its own review and examination. RETURN ADVISORY - Before returning any part or product to INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP, INC. or its designated representative, please contact us to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP, INC. is not responsible for products damaged in transit. CONDITIONS - This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, not to accidental or deliberated damage of the product, nor to use of the product that does not conform with the product instructions.
