If we made a mistake on your order, we will pay for ground shipping to correct that error. If you are not completely satisfied with your standard E-Z UP tent purchase, you can return the tent for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Please receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning your package(s).

At BuyShade.com we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you want to return or exchange an item, simply complete these easy steps prior to shipping the item(s) back for credit or exchange. It's fast and easy.
Here's how it works:
1.  Call our Customer Service Department at 866.289.3987 and a representative will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number is very important. It is how we track the return and any credits related to your order. Packages that don't have an RA number cannot be identified and will not be refunded. Restocking fees may apply for items returned to warehouse without proper authorization!
2.  Drop off the package(s) at your nearest shipping center. If you cannot move or transport your package(s), we can email you a shipping label and send FedEx for a pickup at your address. The cost for return shipping will be deducted from your return. All returns must be mailed to our office address:

3.  We will send you an email that confirms your return/exchange and provides you with a record of your request. When we receive the item you have returned in the original box, in like-new condition, we will get your replacement item shipped or credit issued as quickly as possible.
Special Note from Team BuyShade:  We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us and returning your product(s) if necessary. When you talk or email with us about your return, please tell us why you want to return it and let us know why about the condition of the products—whether you have used them and how often, whether there is any damage, etc. If you are honest with us, we can be honest with you about an appropriate alternative and whether we need to deduct a restocking fee from your return. Whenever possible, we will waive restocking fees; less than 5% of returns in 2015 included a restocking fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our systems, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take as long as a week to process and post these refunds to their customers' accounts.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
