Q: Will having all the walls up and the tent completely closed in cause it to get too hot?

A: The rule of thumb is the darker the color the cooler the shade. Therefore a darker colored unit (i.e. black, navy blue) will heat up quicker than a lighter colored unit (i.e. white). If the temperature on the exterior if cool than the walls will keep the warmth in, however if the climate is hot then we would recommend having one sidewall down while sitting in it to allow air flow for your comfort.
